The SITRANS Probe LU240 is ideal for level measurement in the water and wastewater industry, chemical tanks, and small bulk hoppers. The LU240 has a range of 3, 6, or 12 m (10, 20, or 40 ft). It offers exceptional reliability through its "Process Intelligence" function, automatic false echo suppression for buildup in the tank, and an accuracy of 0.15% of the range or 6 mm (only on the 6 m and 12 m models).

The SITRANS LU240 offers mA output as well as HART communication (on certain models). Additionally, Bluetooth is available via an optional adapter, allowing you to easily set up your level meter with the SITRANS mobile IQ app, providing you with an intuitive interface for quickly configuring, setting up, and monitoring the SITRANS LU240.

The transducer on the LU240 is available in ETFE or PVDF, depending on your application needs. Additionally, it features an internal temperature sensor to compensate for temperature changes.

LU240 can be used for water and wastewater, chemical tanks, filter basins, and other tanks with liquids.
