The Echomax XRS-5 is a level meter with a measuring range from 0.3 to 8 m (1 to 26 ft). The advanced echo processing ensures reliable data even in tanks with buildup, turbulence, and foam. The hermetically sealed CSM rubber front and PVDF housing are designed to have high resistance to methane, saltwater, caustic substances, and harsh chemicals common in wastewater installations. With IP68 protection, this robust sensor is fully submersible in case of flooding, using a submersion shield. With the submersion shield, the meter will provide you with a high level of measurement accuracy even when submerged.
The cost-effective XRS-5 transducer is compatible with a wide range of Siemens controllers, from basic systems for high/low alarms or simple pump control to advanced control systems with communication, telemetry, and SCADA integration.
